• Yard Waste Dumpsters – The Association provides yard waste dumpsters in the Spring and Fall for LAO residents only. Check the Website calendar or Facebook for specifics, as the dates will vary from year to year. Typically, the dates will correspond with Earth Day in April and after Halloween in November. The dumpster will be located near the entrance of the Estates

Please Note: The old burn pit is no longer available. The area will be cleared, filled and leveled. Any further illegal dumping will be appropriately reported.

Rules and Covenants - reminders regarding the most common complaints received by our Board of Directors:

• Trash containers must be stored out of sight.

• Please pick up after your pets and remember that they must not be permitted to run at large.

• Trailers, boats, campers and motor homes must be stored out of sight and not in driveways. Please contact the Board for any temporary situations.

MailBox update - Mailbox posts and platforms are available through the Association, sold at cost.

• As a reminder per the Rules and Covenants of the Association, they must be uniform with the neighborhood. Please send a request via email to the board for the most current cost.
