Alterations to structure and lot require review and approval by the Design Review Committee (DRC) including:
- House Changes / Paint colors / Siding
- Shingle type and color are restricted to covenant specifications, even in cases of roof replacement from hail damage
- Fences (including underground, for Kennels & Swimming Pools); see Fences below
- Pool plans must be submitted to the DRC for review and approval before construction begins.
- Outbuildings / Sheds / Pool Houses
- Tree with a diameter of more than four inches measured and six feet above ground level shall not be removed without the approval of the Design Review Committee
- Antennas / Satellite Dishes added or moved

Fences (including underground, for kennels & for pools) require review and approval by the Fence Committee and DRC prior to beginning installation.

- Application review will be mailed to the homeowner within two weeks of receipt
- No part of any construction may occur until final approval is granted.
ALL of these alternations require review and approval by the DRC prior to installation.
Motorized vehicles, including ATVs, are not allowed in the common areas or on trails.
Pets - No more than three dogs, cats, or other such pets may be kept on any lot or in living unit.
- Pets MUST NOT be permitted to run at large
- Please remember to "pick-up" after your pets
Pool plans must be submitted to the DRC for review and approval before construction begins.
RV and Campers must be stored out of sight, not in driveways, in accordance with covenants. Please coordinate guest's visits or temporary issues with the Board.
Trailers (boats, campers, 5th wheels & utility) must be stored out of sight, not in driveways, in accordance with covenants. Please coordinate guest's visits or temporary issues with the Board.
Signs are only permitted for the sale of your property.
Trash and recycling containers must be stored out of sight.
Mail Box Posts: DRC-conforming cedar mailbox posts & platforms are sold as either a complete set (post and platform components) or platform components only.
