Annual Dues
- Annual dues are currently $292.50 per year, paid on an annual basis between January 1st and March 15th.
- After March 15th, dues are considered late and subject to interest per the LAO Covenants.
Dues are used to:
- maintain the Lakes at Oakmont common spaces;
- pay for street lights, electricity and water costs; and
- fund capital projects such as the dredging of our lakes, upkeep of our trails and landscaping.

Every board member is notified when you send an email however, the board is made up of volunteers with other obligations and commitments. We ask for your understanding when we are unable to immediately respond to your concerns.
