While the student fees meet the basic requirements of the program, additional funds are needed to provide our students with the caliber of choir program we have come to expect and enjoy! The LMHS CHORAL PARENT ASSOCIATION is a parent organization that supports the Lake Minneola High School Choral Department through financial assistance and providing parent volunteers for choir events, trips, oversee fundraising events, and assist in the purchase of equipment.
The LMHS Choral Parent Association (CPA) meets once a month in the high school choir room. For the 2020-2021, we will be meeting on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6 PM. Sometimes conflicts designate a change so be on the lookout!
Although our parents meet once a month, not everyone who wants to lend their support can make those meetings! Parents who are involved in the parent association help with fundraising efforts, concert ticket sales, concert set-up/take-down and decorations (if necessary), chaperoning, uniform rental and maintenance, and any other tasks that may be needed by the choral program. The best part is--everyone has the ability to assist in their own time and capacity! Even if you are unable to make the meetings your support is appreciated and needed!

Although everyone is invited to attend our meetings as booster parents, our booster BOARD is elected by the parents. These are devoted parents that put in extra time and effort to serve in specific capacities designated by our by-laws. These positions are held for one academic year. If you are interested in serving please let anyone of these parents know!
