This five ingredient maple garlic chicken is one of our favorite dinner recipes! Its sticky, sweet, salty, and goes perfectly on a bed of rice.
Serves: 8 Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
8 Chicken Thighs
Salt & pepper
Oil of choice
1/2 a diced Onion
7 cloves of minced Garlic
1 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken thighs
Oil a large skillet and cook chicken on medium/high until browned
Take chicken out and add in onion and garlic. Stir and put chicken back. Cook 3 - 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce & maple right over the top of chicken. Cook 5 - 10 minutes more, turning chicken frequently in the sauce.
Best served right away with white rice. Enjoy!
