We are often times recipients of the question "where do you have room for 3,000 taps in Essex?" and the answer really isn't all that surprising. We own 100 acres at the very top of Bixby Hill Road. Sound familiar? That's because we are on the same road as the Essex Elementary School, just at the opposite end.

Our sugar shack, while in a beautiful location, can certainly be quite hard to find. For this reason we created the map below to try and help sort out some of the confusion. If in any case you are trying to find us and are lost, please call please call (802)598-4736 and Savannah will be happy to help you find the right place. Also, please know that you are not alone in getting lost as this happens quite often (why else would this page be here, right?).

After your order has been placed you will be asked when you are available for pickup, we will need a time as we are not at the pickup point all day long. Our policy is to wait 15 minutes past pickup time and if the customer is no call no show we will leave the pickup point. We understand life happens and people run late but please text, call, or email if you cannot make your pickup time and we will accommodate you. Pickups are not made at the actual sugar shack and instead are made at the top of Bixby Hill Road in the cul-de-sac, marked on the map below as a yellow star. This method has proven to be the safest and simplest for everyone involved.
