CustomGPT/Gem Creation
As an optional enhancement to your digital product, your team may design a chatbot experience using Gemini Gem or CustomGPT that allows you to simulate real conversational interfaces. This feature is ideal if your product or service includes customer support, onboarding assistance, booking flows, or interactive guides.
Requirements & Conditions
The CustomGPT/Gem should support one specific, functional goal for users, such as:
• Answering FAQs
• Assisting with sign-up or onboarding
• Guiding users through a booking, purchase, or troubleshooting process
• Collecting basic feedback or preferences
📅 Submission & Deadline
• The full task of this CustomGPT/Gem must be in the format of a sharable link to your lecturer via "payungsak.kae@mahidol.ac.th"
• The deadline for submission is by Sunday 23rd November, 2025. You can have one rep from the group to email the file and the link to your lecturer's email address.
• Late submissions will only be accepted with valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate) and prior notification.
