Did I rate this 5 stars just because everyone else did? Absolutely. However I still think its an excellent movie. My main problem with it is (please don’t kill me for this) I don’t think emma stone is the best fit. Anyway also i'm not like a huge jazz fan oops. Also I much prefer happy endings which this obviously does not have. The only time I will willingly watch something with an unhappy ending is if its sapphic because at this point I need anything I can get. Anyway, I love the colours In this movie, how each scene uses bright colours to convey different emotions and the different characters' personalities. Not to mention that opening scene. Masterpiece.
