RANK STRUCTURE

[L] Le Deuxième / The Second

• The highly respected leader of La Communauté, Deuxième Ozzylen Rorez.

[CR] Conseiller / Advisor

• The conseillers are Le Deuxième 's advisors and secretaries. They're tasked with leading and supervising their respective branches, one in charge of security and diplomacy while the other is in charge of health and labor.

[HR] Maître / Master / Senior Officer

• La Communauté's Maîtrise are the highest leaders in La Garde, taking orders from only The Higher Echelon. They are tasked with keeping Madsen's law enforcement a well-oiled machine, constantly supervising their lawmen closely.

[MR] Aspirant / Officer

• Medium ranking officers of La Garde. Aspirants are La Communauté's frontline officers, being the most well-equipped members of La Garde, usually fielding some of the faction's only medium-ranged radios.

[SR] Officier de Succersale / Branch Officer

• Enquêteur/Investigator - A junior officer in La Garde who is specifically in charge of criminal investigations and counter-espionage.

• Greffier/Clerk - A worker for the Higher Echelon. Technically this makes them part of La Communauté's administration, though just barely.

[LR+] Sentinelle / Sentinel

• This rank is moreso an honorary one rather than one of status, given to Chaperons and Ouviers who have deemed themself the honor and respect of Sentinelle. Sentinelles have gone beyond the call of duty, dramatically risking their life, sanity, and well-being for their people.

[LR] Chaperon / Chaperone / Protector

• Chaperons are the "grunts" of La Communauté, being the usual lawmen who protect the town of Madsen.

[XR] Ouvrier / Worker

• Ouvriers are workers who are directly under the pay rate of Madsen, rather than being a temporary contract worker. Ouvriers tend to be technicians, mechanics, engineers, doctors, and laborers.
