Vanny Natasya (바니) (2024.09~Present)
M.S. course
Education: B.S. Chemistry, University of Indonesia, 2023
Email: vannynatasya@kist.re.kr
Bio: Vanny obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Indonesia in 2023. During her undergraduate studies, she worked on hydrogen production, focusing on synthesizing catalysts for the ammonia borane dehydrogenation reaction. Currently, she fucuses on the conversion of biomass-derived furfuryl alcohol into produce cyclopentanone, an intermediate for renewable jet fuel, using heterogenous catalysts. She joined KIST in the fall of 2024. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, photography, traveling, watching movies, and attending concerts.
