Submission

Submission of papers is encouraged in all areas of economics, with emphasis on those using mathematical, statistical or econometric tools. The conference is open to all researchers, with particular attention to PhD students and postdocs, especially those belonging to institutions from Maghreb and the Mediterranean region. Works on development of Mediterranean countries and on North/South economic relations, whether theoretical or empirical, will be prioritized.

Priority areas: Agri-Food Economics, Environmental Economics, Industrial Economics, Development Economics, International Trade, Gender Economics, Institutional Economics, Finance.

The deadline for paper submission is September, 12th  2023. Papers must be sent by e-mail in pdf format to JM.MASE23@gmail.com

Only full-paper proposals will be considered. The first page must include: i) The title of the paper, ii) Authors’ names with their affiliations, indicating the corresponding  author with complete contact details (address, phone number and e-mail), iii) Abstract, iv) Key words, v) JEL classification, vi) The proposal area if it is among the priority areas of the conference.

Decisions will be communicated to authors by e-mail by October, 2nd  2023.

The conference is bilingual English/French. Presentations may be done in French or English. However, slides must be in English in both cases and no translation service will be available.
