The deadline for the submission of a complete paper has been extended to 10th of October. You must nevertheless submit an abstract with all the requested information in the guidelines for authors below, before 30th of September.
Submission of papers is encouraged in all areas of Economics, while emphasizing those using mathematical, statistical or econometric tools. The conference is open to all researchers, with a particular attention to PhD students and postdocs, especially those belonging to institutions from Maghreb, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Mediterranean region. Research on development of Mediterranean countries and on North/South economic relations, whether theoretical or empirical, will be prioritized.
Priority areas: Applied Statistics, Econometrics, Industrial Economics, Development Economics, Environmental Economics, Agro-Food Economics and Finance.
The deadline for paper submission is 30th September 2019. Papers must be sent by e-mail in pdf format to JM.MASE19@gmail.com
Only full-paper proposals will be considered. The first page must include: i) The title of the paper, ii) Authors’ names with their affiliations, indicating the corresponding author with complete contact details (address, phone number and e-mail), iii) Abstract, iv) Key words, v) JEL classification, vi) The proposal area if it is among the priority areas of the conference.
Decisions will be communicated to authors by e-mail by 28th October 2019.
The conference is bilingual English/French. Presentations may be done in French or in English. However, slides must be in English in both cases and no translation service will be available.
A selection of presented articles will be proposed for publication in New Medit Journal and JAFIO (Journal of Agricultural and Food Industrial Organization).
