Pre-internship
English-major students are required to participate in Pre-internship Activities during their 3rd year of study, as arranged by the School of Liberal Arts and the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education. These activities must be completed within the specified timeline to qualify for internship application. The activities include:
After the specified timeline, students must achieve a minimum of 80 points and meet the following criteria to qualify for internship application:
Earn at least 40 points through the Online Pre-internship System. Students scoring below 40 must retake the tests to reach the required points.
Attend events organized by both the School of Liberal Arts and the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education.
Complete TWO online evaluation forms: System Evaluation and Self-evaluation.
Students who meet these requirements in the Pre-internship Activity can submit their internship applications via the MFU Internship System (MIS) without any expiration date. They will not be required to participate in the Pre-internship activity in the future.
