Bred Prep New Student Orientation

Bred Prep New Student Orientation is an introduction to Kentucky State University (KSU). It provides an overview of important policies, procedures, and resources that will help students transition into their new Thorobred experience. Students will also have the opportunity to schedule their courses and tour the campus. All new college and transfer students at Kentucky State University are required to complete an orientation.

In order to ensure the safety of all, we have transitioned all orientations to a virtual experience in place of our normal face to face events. We want you begin your college experience prepared and informed about all of the opportunities and possibilities available to you as a KSU student, and our virtual Bred Prep New Student Orientation Program is key. Within a week of the orientation date you selected, you will receive a personal email that will include a link to our special virtual orientation site, your Fall schedule, the status of your Housing and FAFSA completion, and the Zoom link for your orientation session.
