Information Technology provides technology-based services that support and enhance the mission of Kentucky State University. We play a leadership role in assisting our students, faculty and staff achieve excellence in their teaching, learning and administration experience. Additionally, the department provides training and consulting concerning technology used or proposed to the campus community.

In order to provide timely and reliable service, the first point of contact for all technical assistance must be made to the IT Help Desk. To contact the IT Help Desk, submit a service request at kysu.edu/helpdesk (on-campus), call the Help Desk at extension 7000 or send an email to helpdesk@kysu.edu.
