The Kentucky Poultry Federation is working with the University of Kentucky and the Kentucky Agriculture and Environment in the Classroom to develop this comprehensive curriculum on the poultry industry.
Our mission is to prepare students for a specialized job in poultry husbandry and processing upon graduation.
This curriculum has several modules. You may use them all, use them in conjunction with other animal science lessons for comparison, or pick and choose from the module menu depending on your needs.
