Our communications team at the City of Lake Worth Beach has initiated a campaign for highlighting our incredible City employees on social media, so our residents can learn more about their public servants and how they contribute to the everyday operations of our City. I am responsible for coordinating, filming, and editing these 30-60 second reels highlighting our city employees.
I proposed the campaign Lake Worth Beach Local Love to highlight the small businesses in the historic downtown of Lake Worth Beach. I'm responsible for coordinating with the business owners for interviews and their visions for how they want their business to be advertised, filming, and editing the reels.
I planned and created all of the content commemorating Smart Irrigation Month for Toho's internal and external communications according to the Irrigation Association's international campaign theme: "We are Smart Irrigation". This included three feed posts of video interviews I conducted highlighting irrigation specialists in the Toho workforce. Additionally, I coordinated a group photo for National Wear Blue Wednesday via mass emails. I also wrote a mini-article highlighting the purpose and importance of Smart Irrigation month for internal publication in our bi-weekly newsletter. There was also various other content posted to social media pertaining to the campaign.
In collaboration with my supervisor, I used material from Toho employee interviews to create three social media highlights for Asian American Pacific Islander month.
