The housing list below was compiled by our students and therefore contains their opinions of the places they have lived around town. We try to add things as we can to this listing and to the KYCOM Class of 2027 Facebook page.    

Please make sure to do your own due diligence. Remember to never send money for an apartment/house you have not seen. Be on the lookout for various types of housing scams. we have not had many issues, but these individuals will target areas around universities so it's good to be aware.
