I.   RULE ONE — 

I’m Arachno. 25+, NB they/them preferred but I’m mostly indifferent. I’ve had this OC in one form or another on here since around 2012. I’m not as strict as my rules imply. Extended time on this hellsite has just made me Tired. Most of this is common sense but I appreciate it being given a read anyway. 

Basic RP rules apply by default. When in doubt, ask first.  To err is human and mistakes happen, but I promise you I will know the difference between an honest mistake and a deliberate rule break because you either didn't read them or don't care.

IF TEXT SIZE/ETC is too small or otherwise not accessible, lmk!! I'll literally just paste whatever you need into a google doc with whatever font stuff you need and link it. :)

I have no triggers and will not tag written triggers outside of my catch-all tag: CW SUGGESTIVE and/or CW DEAD DOVE and CW NSFW and will not tag visual triggers by default. This is a mature 18+ blog so expect general triggering content. If you have your triggers listed and I still follow, it means I am confident I do not post that specific content. [ More on Triggers].  Please note this is a DEAD DOVE blog. 

IV.    RULE FOUR — 

I am semi-selective and mutuals preferred. Mutuals only in terms of romantic asks. I try to give everyone a shot but please acknowledge not everyone’s writing styles mesh and that I have the right to unfollow at any time for any reason. I don’t really post plotting calls or starter calls. The best way to start interacting with me is through ask memes that are turned into threads. On young muses: I will not likely RP with any muse under 25-30 though this can be a case by case situation.

I HAVE BROKEN NOTIFS AND CHECK MY FOLLOW LIST AT THE END OF THE WORK WEEK -— typically Saturday night. Please be aware of this when it comes to following you back or soft-blocking should I not see us meshing. 

 V.     RULE FIVE — 

FOR MULTIMUSES: I will typically specify a muse. If it's blank that is me truly asking for RNG. I will usually ask prior to sending unlabeled memes to make sure it's OK.

The exceptions to this being if you followed me FIRST, I expect you to choose the muse you're wanting throw at mine initially. Likewise, if we have like 7+ muses we consistently write with, I may sometimes just throw a blank one at you and let you pick who it fits best.

This goes for plotting calls as well whether they are from me or I am liking yours. I will do my part to look over your muses and see who might fit but please do not come to me with 'Whoever you want!' as it will likely lead nowhere and perhaps even to a parting of ways. 

IV.    RULE SIX — 

My activity depends on my energy which is typically low. I'm more or less a mirror RPer in the sense I'm going to give what I get. I try and send memes and like starter calls, etc but if I'm not getting any of that energy back...we're probably not going to get a lot going IC wise. I'm incredibly picky with heavy plotted stuff because I suck at plotting and can't pull all of the weight. We have to really both be bringing some ideas and excitement to the table to get a long form thread going. 

Otherwise I love 'mini' scene threads that can be dropped or wrapped up in a few notes and then have that development carry on into the next thread, etc. Quick, rapid threads that still have that continuous dynamic development.

Love me some ooc and shitposting and I won't unfollow for it typically, but if you're just ooc, ooc, ooc and you make no attempt to interact with me ic OR ooc, I'm gonna dip probably.

 V.     RULE SEVEN — 

My DNI fandoms are: IT, Harry Potter, Vampire Diaries, & Real Person RPC. I have some case by case fandoms I'm selective with and others I want to avoid, but the above are ones I can see myself potentially running across most.

I don’t have banned FCs necessarily that I feel inclined to list but the likelihood of me following if you use a TVD or TVD-adjacent fc is low. I'm also not likely to follow anyone with a banned FC list of like 5+ faces. I'm not likely to follow if you tag your shit with krp, smut rp, etc.  Not likely to follow if you have a 'no animated fc' rule. 

Do not follow me if you are a zionist or pro-zionist or otherwise anti-Palestine.

If I follow you and you do not want to follow back, please HARD BLOCK me. Breaking mutuals in general can still be done via soft-blocking.
