  • VE sessions follow up for the updated budget.
  • Review monthly project invoices & overall payment terms for design and construction phases.
  • Preparing follow up charts and histograms for the follow up of the cost.
  • Develop S-curves for the monitoring of the cost.
  • All measurements & analysis of cost processes performance.
  • Follow up for actual progress onsite to compare with the actual invoicing.
  • Progress for budgeting and project completion within the approved budget (estimation at completion costs).
  • Periodical highlights for cost risks and critical issues which could affect the project.
  • Change management and prepare all the back up documents
  • Quantities and resource loading the schedule to compare the planned amounts with actual amounts.
  • Report on contingency and management reserves and keep track of the project’s risks. Additional reserve might need to be requested or reserve could be decreased if expected threats do not occur or expected opportunities do occur.
  • Assist preparing contractor’s claims
  • Manage all the subcontractors’ contracts.
  • Ensure Contractor’s compliance with the contract documents.
  • Prepare, evaluate and participate in the negotiation of the final reconciliation.
  • Responsible for Contract claims, administration issues and cost control, preparation of interim valuations and final account analyzing, reviewing and evaluation variation orders resulting from (RFIs, PMIs, design changes,...) approved program to avoid delay.
