ناوەندی کوردی بۆ توێژینەوەی سەربازی

، لە سەردەمێکدا کە زانست و تەکنەلۆژیای سەربازی بوونەتە کۆڵەکەی سەرەکیی پاراستنی قەوارە سیاسییەکان و چەسپاندنی ئاسایشی نەتەوەیی، پێویستیی بوونی ناوەندێکی زانستی و ئەکادیمی بۆ شیکردنەوەی ستراتیژی و سەربازی لە هەرێمی کوردستاندا، لە هەر کاتێک زیاتر هەستی پێ دەکرێت.
ناوەندی کوردی بۆ توێژینەوەی سەربازی (KCMR)، وەک سەکۆیەکی سەربەخۆ و بێلایەن، بە ئامانجی پڕکردنەوەی ئەو بۆشاییە مەعریفییە دامەزراوە کە لە کایەی سەربازیی کوردیدا بوونی هەیە. ئێمە لەم ناوەندەدا، کۆمەڵێک لە پسپۆڕانی ئەکادیمی، ئەفسەرانی خاوەن ئەزموون و توێژەرانی بواری بەرگریمان کۆکردووەتەوە تاوەکو بە دیدێکی زانستی و دوور لە مەیلی سیاسی، خوێندنەوە بۆ گۆڕانکارییە سەربازییەکان بکەین.
کارنامەی سەرەکیی ئێمە، تیشکخستنە سەر پڕۆسەی چاکسازی و یەکخستنەوەی هێزەکانی پێشمەرگە و گونجاندنیانە لەگەڵ دۆکتۆرینە سەربازییە سەردەمییەکان. ئێمە بڕوامان وایە کە "هێزی نیشتمانی" تەنها لە ڕێگەی چەک و تەقەمەنییەوە دروست نابێت، بەڵکو پێویستی بە هۆشیاریی ستراتیژی، لۆجستیکی پێشکەوتوو و زانستێکی سەربازیی سەردەمیانە هەیە.
ناوەندەکەمان پابەند دەبێت بە پێشکەشکردنی شیکاریی ورد لەسەر ئاستی تاکتیکی و ئۆپەراسیۆنی، و هەوڵ دەدات ببێتە پردێکی پەیوەندی لە نێوان زانستی سەربازیی جیهانی و دامەزراوە بەرگرییەکانی کوردستاندا. ئامانجی کۆتاییمان، هاوکاریکردنی بڕیار بەدەستانی سەربازی و دەوڵەمەندکردنی کتێبخانەی کوردییە بە توێژینەوەی واقیعی کە خزمەت بە ئاسایشی نەتەوەیی و پاراستنی سەقامگیریی خاکی کوردستان بکات.

✅️ گۆڕانکارییەکانی نێو هێزی پێشمەرگە: بەدواداچوون و شیکردنەوە بۆ هەنگاوەکانی یەکخستن، ڕێکخستنەوە و بەهێزکردنی دامەزراوەی پێشمەرگە.
✅️ شیکارییە سەربازییەکان: پێشکەشکردنی لێکۆڵینەوەی قووڵ و ورد لەسەر ئاستی ستراتیژی، ئۆپەراسیۆنی و تاکتیکی.
✅️ زانستی سەربازی سەردەم: گرنگیدان بە نوێترین تەکنەلۆژیا و دۆکتۆرینە سەربازییە جیهانییەکان و گونجاندنیان لەگەڵ پێداویستییەکانی کوردستان.
✅️ پێداویستییە هونەکییەکان (لۆجستیک): خستنەڕووی پێداویستییە کەرەستەیی و پڕۆفیشناڵییەکانی هێزی پێشمەرگە.
