I am a Research Scientist at U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), where I work in the Dynamics and Control Group on the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) of space-based systems and autonomous robotics for planetary exploration.

My research lies at the intersection of Control, Optimization, and Machine Learning, with a focus on developing intelligent and computationally efficient algorithms for autonomous decision-making in aerospace and robotic systems operating in challenging environments.

One major thrust of my work is to build upon ideas from optimal control, reinforcement learning, and physics to develop novel guidance algorithms for aerospace applications. Another key direction involves the design and control of aerospace robotic systems, including spacecraft rendezvous and docking for on-orbit servicing missions, and legged robots for autonomous planetary surface exploration.
