Our Development Groups play a vital role in growing and strengthening the Kudo community across England. These groups are designed for clubs, instructors, and regions that would like to teach regular Kudo classes in their Club/DOJO/program and are in the early stages of forming a recognised Kudo branch or are working toward meeting full Kudo Internation Federation (KIF) standards.
Development Groups provide a structured pathway for:
New clubs to establish regular Kudo classes with in their Club/Dojo/program
Instructors to access training, mentoring, and federation support
Regions to grow local interest and build toward formal branch recognition
They are supported and overseen by a Kudo branch instructors and the national governing team to ensure consistency, safety, and quality in training and student development.
Regular training support from experienced instructors.
Opportunities to attend seminars, events, and gradings.
KIF Membership and Mentorship from established Kudo branches.
A flexible pathway toward becoming a full Kudo Branch and Instructor.
Connection to the wider Kudo International Federation (KIF) network.

The above requirements are in place through the duration of running a KSG, KDG or an official branch.
Regular attendance of England Kudo events, example Seminars, Workshops, Competitions and Events.
The Instructor must be a minimum 4th Kyu in Kudo, you will be able to promote your sessions as a Kudo classes under England Kudo Federation.
When teaching Kudo Classes, you must wear your Kudo grade. You should not be holding seminars or workshops outside of your regular sessions with in you club/Dojo.
You should host your dedicated branch chief annually for a session.
