Dr. Shin received the Leading Clinical Pharmacy Scientist Award at the 29th Annual Meeting and Autumn Conference of the Korean College of Clinical Pharmacy for her contributions to the society and achievements in the field of clinical pharmacy.

Honghao presented his bioanalytical analysis project, "Enhanced LC-MS/MS Assay Development and Validation for Determining Cisplatin in Human Plasma, Whole Blood, and Cervical Cancer Tissue via Diethyldithiocarbamate Derivatization: Application to Cervical Cancer Patients", at the 7th KNU MSCRI Symposium held in the Chemistry Building of Kyungpook National University.
Sun-Beom has graduated with an M.S. degree in Pharmacy. Congratulations!
Dr. Shin delivered a lecture titled “Practical Approaches to Case-Based Polypharmacy Management” at the Polypharmacy Management Seminar held at the Daegu Pharmaceutical Association Hall. Reflecting on the event, Dr. Shin remarked, “I am truly delighted to have participated as an advisory professor in such a meaningful initiative.” The seminar brought together pharmacists involved in the polypharmacy management project, serving as a valuable forum to discuss strategies for enhancing medication safety and establishing optimal therapeutic approaches for patients taking multiple medications.
Sun-Beom, Min-Gyo, and Jeong-Soo from the BK21 Project for Infectious Disease Response Healthcare Convergence Education & Research Group participated in an on-site field trip.
The visit included the Animal Cell Culture Validation Center, the Gyeongbuk Vaccine Commercialization Center, and the National Center for Advanced Vaccine Development, offering an opportunity to observe research and industrial practices in vaccine development and infectious disease response and to broaden their understanding.

Seo-Yeon and Dr. Shin attended 2025 spring international convention of the Pharmaceutical Society of Korea held in Daegu. Seo-yeon gave an oral presentation and a poster presentation about her research on physiologically based pharmacokinetic model approaches for informing dosing recommendations for escitalopram in pregnancy. She won the Oral Presentation Award! Dr. Shin gave a talk in the Real-World Data-Based Drug Safety Research and Clinical Application Session.

Our laboratory has once again been recognized for its commitment to excellence, earning its third "Safety Management Excellence Laboratory" certification from the Ministry of Science and ICT. Adding to this remarkable achievement, our graduate students, Seo-yeon Choi and Sun-beom Gwon, have been honored with a Presidential Commendation for their outstanding contributions to laboratory safety management.

We invited Dr. Hyun-Cheol Jung from the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology, who delivered an engaging lecture on "AI-Based Pharmacokinetic Modeling and New Drug Development." The seminar provided an opportunity to share the latest research trends and was organized as part of the 2024 Graduate Student Convergence Research Group (BK21 FOUR) project.

We've invited Prof. Seung-bo Lee from Keimyung University College of Medicine for a seminar. He delivered a successful lecture about optimizing model and addressing data imbalance. This seminar was organized as part of the 2024 Graduate Student Convergence Research Group (BK21 FOUR) project.
Min-Gyo, Honghao, Seo-Yeon and Dr. Shin attended the Korean Society of Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics (KSCPT) Conference held in Gwangju. The main topic of the conference was Clinical Pharmacology in Innovative Therapeutics. Dr. Shin gave a talk, titled "Pharmacometabolomics with Clinical Pharmacology". Seo-Yeon presented her PBPK modeling project for anti-depressant in pregnancy as a young scientist. Seo-Yeon received the Best Poster Award, and Honghao received the Excellent Poster Award. Congrats!
Sunbeom and Dr. Shin attended the Korean College of Clinical Pharmacy (KCCP) Conference held in Busan. Application of artifical intelligence on clinical pharmacy ressearch was main topic of the conference. Sunbeom gave an oral presentation and a poster presentation about his research on drug adverse events using common data model (CDM) and machine learning. Sunbeom also received the Excellent Poster Award. Congrats!
We have invited Mr. Sang-il Sim from from Jeonbuk National University Hospital for a seminar. Mr. Sim delivered a successful lecture about understanding and utilizing the Common Data Model. This seminar was arranged by the 2024 Graduate Student Convergence Research Group (BK 4th) project.
We have invited Dr. Yoon-Jee Chae from Woosuk University for a seminar. Dr. Chae gave a nice talk about practical issues and solutions for tissue distribution experiments in pharmacokinetic study.
Dr. Shin gave a talk in 6th KNU MSCRC (Mass Spectrometry Convergence Research Center) Symposium about the integration of metabolomics and metagenomics for microbiome-based therapeutics.

Sunbeom and Dr.Shin attended the 2024 The Korean Society of Medical Informatics spring conference . The topic of the conference was "Omnibus Omnia beyond Healthcare AI".
