NOTICE:

For most rules, punishments and penalties will be given at the full discretion of moderation staff, you are liable to any punishment you receive, unless said punishment is seen as too harsh in comparison to the violation or the moderation action was unwarranted.

R.1 - Unauthorized Access

Unauthorized Access shall be defined as:

• Entering departmental spawns without permission

Punishment:

• Verbal warning (first offense)

• 3 day ban (second offense)

• Permanent ban (third offense)

Appealable:

• No (second offense)

• Yes (third offense)

R.2 - Cheating

Cheating shall be defined as:

• The injection and execution of external scripts (exploiting)

• Glitching/or clipping through walls & doors

Punishment:

• Permanent ban (first offense)

Appealable:

• No (all offenses)

R.3 - Toxicity

Toxicity shall be defined as:

• Purposely harassing/or bothering other players verbally with hostility

Punishment:

• Verbal warning (first offense)

• Server ban (second offense)

• Permanent ban (third offense)

Appealable:

• Yes (all offenses)

R.4 - Aiding and Abetting

Aiding & Abetting shall be defined as:

• Assisting another player who is in violation of the rules

• Encouraging other players to violate game rules

Punishment:

• Server ban (first offense)

• Permanent ban (second offense)

Appealable:

• No (all offenses)

R.5 - Evasion

Evasion shall be defined as:

• Circumvention of moderation action

• Avoiding solitary confinement through resetting, leaving or other methods

Punishment:

• Server ban (first offense)

• Permanent ban (second offense)

Appealable:

• Yes (all offenses)

R.6 - Alternative Accounts

Alternative Accounts shall be defined as:

• Joining the game on another account (that is not your main) usually in order to circumvent and evade moderation action

Punishment:

• Permanent ban (first offense)

Appealable:

• No (all offenses)

R.7 - Failure to Comply

Failure to Comply shall be defined as:

• Disregarding orders given to you by a moderator or administrator

• Repeatedly violating game rules after being told to stop

Punishment:

• Server ban (first offense)

• Permanent ban (second offense)

Appealable:

• Yes (all offenses)

R.8 - Event Disruption

Event Disruption shall be defined as:

• Intentionally disrupting an event held by a moderator or administrator with the intent to ruin & cancel the event

• Also extends to raids held by the Department of External Affairs

Punishment:

• Server ban (first offense)

Appealable:

• No (all offenses)

R.9 - Violation of Roblox Community Standards

Violation of Roblox Community Standards shall be defined as:

• The violation of Roblox's Community Standards

• The violation of Roblox's Terms of Service

Punishment:

• Permanent ban (first offense)

Appealable:

• No (all offenses)
