Priority Duty:

Repairing broken alarms, windows, restocking, deliveries & restoring power after blackouts

E&L (Engineering & Logistics) handles technical maintenance, logistics, and daily operations for all Foundation facilities and equipment. The department designs and builds infrastructure, manages repairs, coordinates deliveries, restocks supplies, and oversees resource transportation.
