I was a co-author of a report led by Ben Harack (DPIR doctoral candidate, Oxford) and Professor Robert Trager (Senior Research Fellow, Blavatnik School, Oxford), where we discussed potential technical solutions for global AI governance. You can read the full report here. 

I co-authored a report with leading China AI scholar Jeffrey Ding and researchers from the Safe AI Forum, Harvard, Oxford, and Cornell, where we proposed specific AI governance topics for U.S.-Chinese discussions. It was first printed by the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative then accepted for presentation at the ACM FaCCT (2025), a leading machine learning conference. You can read the full report here.
