I'm so proud of my friend Kristen. She helped me so much my first few weeks after having baby Jack. And that was just her helping me as a close friend and through text. I was an absolute wreck and felt so alone. I can't imagine the benefit of having her as my Postpartum Doula. She understood what I was feeling and knew how to comfort me. She genuinely has a heart for this and I think any mother would be lucky to have her. We as moms definitely need more women like this!
