Platinum Touch
Platinum Touch, also known more formally as Ms. Platinum, is a highly skilled & famous unicorn known for her magical talent. Unbeknownst to everycreature, however, is that her immense power comes from her absorbing magic from various magical creatures, similar to Lord Tirek; leaving behind lifeless statues of solid metal.
Why she's doing this? Nopony knows. Maybe it's for the fame, maybe it's for the power, or maybe she just likes seeing innocent, wild creatures suffer. Whatever the reason, Honey Shock, Falcon Flight, & Hindwing are going to stop her! ....Somehow.
She eventually gets defeated by having a taste of her own medicine- getting turned into a solid statue, made of platinum; all life and magic drained from it, as the stolen magic returns to its original owners, leaving her with... nothing.
...Except...
Even just starting out, Platinum had already been afraid of death & getting older. So, she had a failsafe. She was a powerful unicorn, after all; she'd cast a spell to ensure that in the event of her death, she doesn't truly die. Except she herself didn't realise what 'not dying' entailed.
After her death, Platinum Touch will eventually be sent back in time, reincarnated as Falcon Flight. Neither Platinum nor Falcon know this. It's the ultimate irony; the selfish, fame-hungry unicorn with no regard for wildlife & clinging so desperately to her youth, eventually reborn as the selfless, older, lone hermit pegasus who's a zoologist and gotten a bit too familial with her younger roommates; & Falcon Flight being one of the very individuals that led to Platinum's downfall.

Greedy, vain, childish, & power-hungry. Platinum can't stand not being in the spotlight; & she's definitely not one for subtlety. In fact, it's the exact opposite; Any magical spells she casts are bound to be as bright, flashy, & dramatic as herself. She can be cunning & stealthy when she really needs to be, but otherwise acts on impulse.
While being flashy & impulsive isn't necessarily a bad thing, she's completely uncaring about the effects her actions could have on others; her rage & ambition ultimately surpassing all else. She can & will do whatever it takes to shove others off the metaphorical stage, if it means she gets to be the star of the show.

Contrary to literally everyone's belief- The amulet/necklace she wears is just a completely normal necklace. It doesn't give any weird magical power-up or anything.
The forest trio breaks the necklace at some point, thinking it's the source of her power; but, no.
The reincarnation thing is inspired by the Same Coin Theory in the Gravity Falls fandom!
