• 10:15 - 11:00 - Session 2: Mapping Data Governance Challenges and Opportunities - what's in it for Kosovo (defining data governance, measuring the maturity level of Data Governance in Kosovo, understanding the least developed and most advanced components)

• 11:00 – 12:00 - Session 3: Deep Dive into Data Governance Components: Governance and Institutions

• 12:00 - 13:30 - Lunch Break

• 13:30 - 15:00 - Session 4: Value and Trust Components of Data Governance

• 15:00 - 15:15 - Coffee Break and Networking

• 15:15 - 16:30 - Exploring Governance & Institutions, Value and Trust Components and their applications in Kosovo (practical exercises).
