George Koehler
Geoerge Koehler is co- Founder and Executive Director for the George & Dianne Koehler Humaitarian Charitible Fund.
He volunteers regularly in a street ministry to feed and clothe unhoused in the downton Austin coridor.
He is a retired Registered Nurse , graduate of the University of Texas and was an "Investment Advisor" for multiple companies.
He has actively managed the investment portfolio with Dianne to grow it to over $2.9 M allowing them to establish this fund.
Dianne Koehler
Dianne Koehler is co- Founder and Executive Director for the George & Dianne Koehler Humaitarian Charitible Fund. She has over 45 years of experience working with various non-profit organizations.
Served on the committee to develope the 2024 5 yr Austin/Travis County Food Plan. and the Age-Friendly Work Group to develop Age-Friendly Action Plan 2026-2030 for Austin/Travis County
Previously, she was instrumental with the creation and oversight of a non-profit community library, serving on the board of directors as president for 12 years.
She is a retired RN, graduate of the University of Texas and an entrepreneur, who taught classes on grant writing, preparation and compliance. She runs a food pantry and relaxes as an artist.

Lawrence Moreno
VP of Charitable Giving
Lawrence Moreno has known George Koehler for more than 50 years. From their early friendship, they shared conversations about the challenges faced by individuals and families who are less fortunate, conversations that helped shape Lawrence’s lifelong commitment to service and community involvement.
Lawrence pursued a professional career in chemistry and quality management, while remaining actively engaged in volunteer work alongside his wife, Pam. Over the years, they have supported a range of charitable efforts, including delivering holiday meals, participating in community charity programs, and assisting with grab-and-go food initiatives through a local church to support individuals experiencing food insecurity.
Lisa Sheppard
Director
Lisa Sheppard currently serves as CEO of Missoula Aging Services. Lisa previously served for nine years as the Director of the Flathead County Agency on Aging.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in the aging and disability fields, CEO Lisa Sheppard has extensive knowledge of long-term care systems and expertise in organizational management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, program development, and stakeholder relations.
Lisa attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned Master’s Degrees in both Social Work and Public Affairs.
