We focus on the design, fabrication, and characterization of advanced electronic devices based on semiconductors, dielectrics and ferroelectrics, and emerging functional materials. Our research aims to develop semiconductor devices and processes for applications in next-generation memory and display technologies. Our work is inherently multidisciplinary, integrating electrical and electronics engineering, materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, and physics, with a strong emphasis on device physics, semiconductor fabrication, and process integration.
