Knowing God More Bible Study Group Agreement

Welcome to our Knowing God More Bible Study group! In order to foster a conducive and respectful environment for spiritual growth, we commit to abiding by the following guidelines outlined in this group contract. To maintain a focused and humbled atmosphere during our Bible Study sessions, participants are kindly requested to set aside their phones, utilizing them solely for emergencies or relevant Bible Study purposes. We believe that everyone will respect and uphold the group's confidentiality because it is vital. It is strongly discouraged to bring up or discuss anything discussed in the group at any other time or location. We strive not to offer advice; instead, we are here to express our own emotions and experiences. We make an effort to accept others for who they are and refrain from passing judgment. We make an effort to respect everyone's right to share as well as their right to silence. We avoid participating in side conversations and instead provide the speaker with our undivided attention. We try not to interrupt. In the event that we do interrupt, we go back to the original speaker. Both the right to ask questions and the right not to answer. We don't talk about absent group members. Let this group agreement be a symbol of our joint commitment to mutual respect, attentiveness, and support as we set out on our journey to Know God More together.
