Hi KMS Families,
Welcome to Fourth Grade! I am so excited to teach your children math this year. This is my seventh year teaching fourth grade in DCSD and my fourth year at Kittredge. I have my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (K-5) from The University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!). I have earned a master's degree from Georgia Southern University in Curriculum & Instruction. I enjoy getting out in nature whether at the beach or on a walking trail. This will be an amazing year! Check out my website for more math information.

Footnotes:
1—Units 4 and 5 were split so that the assessments are not as cumbersome, especially with the vast content being covered on each exam (pre &post- tests/quizzes/projects), especially with winter break segmenting the two halves of the original unit.
2—Standard 4.MDR.6.1 will be covered with the measurement standards to allow more time for content acquisition because it covers metric and part of the customary systems along with conversions.
3—Unit 6 falls right before Spring Break and has three simple standards.
