Qian Liu specializes in Intellectual Property Law, having graduated with Distinction from programs in the UK, mainland China, and Taiwan. He is also a qualified lawyer in China.
Academically, he has served as a Visiting Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and held Research Assistant positions in both the UK and China.
His research explores the intersection of intellectual property law with technology, cultural industries, and individuals, aiming to formulate innovative and practical policy solutions from an interdisciplinary standpoint.
