New collaboration as a new dish:

Collaboration in the past was often groups of people being blended to be "the same" like the dish Goulash.

However, The New Collaboration is like a Cesar Salad.. All ingredients (people and ideas) remain individually visible, but the "flavour" of the dish is diverse. Many things coming together each contributing and influencing each other, but also retaining their own identity.

Challange: We need a kind of "dressing" or sauce to connect the ingrediences - otherwhise, I see a danger of "randomness" - or a poor tasting dish?

Paradox: difficult and easy
