Welcome to the grow tent everybody you have found the best cannabis growing blog on net, the place where we simplify the approach for you so everyone can learn how to grow we make it so simple even I can understand so I'm going to listen and learn right now. Hey everybody today we are going to try something brand new for the grow tent here I've done a lot of videos where it's the individual sections of you know this part or this week what are you doing this week or what do you do in this stage and this time I'm going to try something a little different, I'm going to try and combine all of it into one video a complete guide from start to finish of the basics just to get you through your first grow we're gonna go over the equipment you need any of the nutrients you need the supplies the equipment you know just all of it start to finish so I'm gonna see how it goes. It's probably gonna be a longer video I know some of you guys don't like the longer video you really ain't gonna like this one this is gonna be a long one uh it's gonna be it's gonna be long but I'm gonna try and do the whole thing in one video so I'm gonna keep this intro nice and short guys remember to like comment and subscribe really helps the channel spit and remember to watch the full video on this one if you can't get through the full thing i understand this is going to be the ultimate guide on how to grow cannabis for beginners all right we did pass 5000 subs so i want to thank everybody for that it was absolutely amazing as always links to our patreon our sponsors our gaming channel our twitch everything will be in the video description below all right everybody buckle up it's gonna be a long ride so get a drink get a snack and we're going to uh introduce you to the complete and ultimate guide to growing cannabis for beginners because it's going to start right now welcome back to the grow 10 everybody all right we're taking on what might be our biggest undertaking yet and that is the ultimate guide to growing cannabis we're gonna try and put all six stages of growing cannabis into one video so you ain't gotta bounce around from this playlist to this playlist or this episode to this episode it's gonna be a lot of information so everybody as i said before make sure you got a snack make sure you're in a comfy chair we're gonna try and get through everything this is gonna be a very basics you know what you need to do the kind of stuff you need just to get you through your first grow if you're a beginner just trying to keep it all in one episode we're gonna break it up into six sections.
We're gonna have prep stage you know kind of gathering all the stuff you need if you're a new grower the kind of stuff you need to buy you don't need to buy we're gonna go into germination and seedling stage will be part two we have veg stage which is part three we have uh flower stage which is part four then we have harvest stage slash drying which is part five and then we have curing which will be part six I've done videos on all these but if i put all those videos together it'd be like a three hour video so we're going to try and put all this kind of condensed version into here will there be you know little small things that you know this will obviously not be as detailed as the 20 or 25 minute videos i have on each of these subjects but I'm going to put links to all those videos in the in the video description below if you're like ah you know I'd really like if grow 10 elaborated a little bit more on the veg stage guess what I'll put those links down there you can go right to those videos and click them and find a 20-minute video just probably on the subject you're looking for like oh man i wish he would have went over you know what I'm supposed to do in week two of flower guess what i got videos for that too i got videos of week one through week eight a flower everything you're supposed to be looking for and doing but right now we're here to talk about seedlings what are some of the what is some of the equipment you're going to need this setup right here is absolutely perfect this will if you're in photo periods this will take care of the first month of the plant's life this is all you need a little tabletop and the little germination dome and these light stands all right you don't even have to get the hydrometer i think it's only like 10 bucks though and it's it's neat you know you guys like them you saw what i do i smash them with hammers because i don't really care what these things say all right you can get one of these they screw right in there the little sensors are on the inside i think they're like 10 bucks this is the sun blaster germination dome as you can see it on the light right there this is a two foot t5 with the dome with the the tray and then with these little light stands the light stands actually came from amazon i think they were 15 bucks this setup right here is 40 bucks i want to say don't quote me on that it's pretty close to 40 bucks it might be a little bit more like 45.
You can find all this stuff on amazon all right but it's called sunblaster this is this is the exact setup you need it'll work all right if you're growing photos if you're new you should be your own photos and not autos in the first place autoflowers are temperamental they're hard to do they're even harder to do for new growers stick with photos there's time to recover if you mess up what you're going to all right so now you've got your equipment now what do you do you got to buy your seeds man i get a lot of questions protein where do i get my seeds you can get them from seedmen.com you can get them from i love growing marijuana or ilgm the shipping times from i love growing marijuana or way faster than season uh ilgm gets you your stuff in about two weeks siemens a month to month and a half out usually before you get your stuff so just something to keep in mind all right we talked about the equipment you don't really need this is this is it uh you're going to plant your seeds in these little cubes these are root right starter cubes this is what the bag form looks like root right starter cubes they're like 15 to 20 bucks for a 50 count of them which is exactly what that tray holds is 50.
Uh let's see what else would you need what nutrients do you need grow temp what nutrients do you need for this you're only going to need two things if you're doing seeds you need one extra thing for doing clones you're gonna need this clonex solution it says clone and seedling nutrient this is like baby food for your plants if you have want to see more in detail about germs cannabis urination check out our video called cannabis germination it's about 25 minutes long if you're doing clones you need to buy this clonex also this is rooting gel it's a growth hormone last thing you need to buy as far as you know adding stuff to your water or some kind of mycorrhizae you can grow great white orca i don't care doesn't matter all the same stuff all right you're going to water these based on when they start drying out so when they go from this dark brown to light brown and start getting hard when it works it's going to start drying out in the center and then it will work towards the edges whenever it gets towards where your plants are water get a 20 ounce bottle of water like that once a week put three milliliters of clonex in it water all the cubes you're done if they start drying out towards the end like week three week four they're going to start drying out before the end of the week all right all you're going to do is you still want to get clonex once a week you're just going to the next time you water you're just going to give them plain bottle of water you don't need to ph it you don't need to do any of that just water them call it a day all right that is all there is to the germination part light stays on 24 hours a day they stay in here for three to four weeks for photo periods auto flowers a little bit different i can only keep them in here a week then i move them into the uh the bigger tents but if you're new trust me stick with photo periods you'll be happier because if you win i shouldn't say if when you stunt them when you hurt them they give you time to recover autoflower as soon as you plant it you just lift the fuse and uh there ain't no no there ain't no turning it off once you light it all right guys environmental conditions see how we've got kind of like this light mist on the walls from the humidity in there that's fine you really don't want anything more than that if i didn't have that i wouldn't even care if it has a single drop of water in here i don't doesn't bother me one bit right now in there i don't know if you guys can see this let's see anyway right there it says it is 65 degrees in there with 74 relative humidity guys that's perfect you don't have to do anything else with it all right don't be in here all the time messing with stuff all right i kept that video pretty short the first i just shot this video a minute ago and it was like 14 minutes long so i had to delete it which i wasn't very happy about i had to delete it and start over because i can't be having 14 minute segments when there's six freaking segments okay so if you guys want more detailed information about this which i mean you don't really need to but if you need more you want more check out my cannabis germination video i think it's like 23 or 24 minutes long it might be 20 I don't know i don't remember check that video out it's way longer and it only covers this time frame right here all right oh also uh I'm not sponsored by any of these seed banks i'm just letting you know if you want to grow autoflowers check out you got mephisto you got nigel you've got ocean grown, you know they've got there's a bunch of different ones you can order those also all right there's me fist though mephisto makes some really cool strengths if you want all flowers which i know you do all right growth stop talking in in this section let's go buddy keep it together all right center focus let's go stage two coming up next veg all right guys we're back with part two part zvay partos we're back with part two veg stage let's not over complicate this we're gonna keep it simple we're gonna go over some equipment we need some nutrients we need some supplements a few other things we'll do so basic equipment check what we got going on here my recommendations if you're a new grower what you need what you don't i'm going to show you a cheap setup which we're in right now and i'm going to go over a slightly more expensive setup that i'll have over in the flower tint i'll break them up into two separate ones but both tents will work for flower or veg or whatever you know you can interchange it go back and forth you're on a budget i understand i'll show you what this tent's about you can get into this tent and everything in it for about 300 actually maybe even a little bit less so i'll show you a cheaper option then i'm going to show you like a 500 600 option for flour and then we'll go over the big tent and about a thousand dollar option for that tent to get it all working i'll show you the range i'm going to show you everything the cheap the middle of the road and a little bit of the upper which is still not anywhere close to the as high as you can get but it's getting up there all right so veg what is the point of veg i'll tell you what it is it's shaping the plant that's it once you get your plant to the correct shape for the flower tint you flip the flower that's all there is to it people over complicate this and you don't need to the entire point of veg is shaping your plant to get it ready to go for flower that's it as soon as you get to the right shape flip it if you only have one tin let's say this is it you've got a two by four tent you've got nothing else so what do you do it's when do you flip the flower i get the question all the time grow tent when do i flip the flower i don't know you know what i don't know either because i don't know how good of a grower you are i don't know if you're over watering if you're stunting which probably are but i don't know so it's impossible so i'm going to tell you a real easy way to know when you need to stop vegging and flip the flower as soon as you can see here we're at 100 coverage front to back side to side all right i got a little space behind the fan over there don't judge me i feel you're judging me because they get torn up if they get too close to the fan but so we obviously can't flower in this tent because we're already at max capacity because when these things flip to flower they're going to double in size sometimes they'll get three times bigger than what they are but they're at least going to double in size so as soon as you get to 50 of your flower area as soon as you've covered 50 of your flower area or what's going to be your flower area in veg time to flip in the flower because they're going to double in size so as soon as you've got 50 floor coverage the veg is done flipping the flower now obviously this only pertains to photos autos you don't got a choice they're going to do it all by themselves they'll do it whenever they want sometimes at three weeks sometimes in five weeks you just don't ever know all right so that is all you need to do that's when you flip the flower as soon as you're at 50 percent of your flour tents coverage area boom you're done flip it to flower all right let's go over some of the equipment we need this is a two by four tent it's made made by yield labs i think you can pick them up for like 80 bucks on amazon super cheap it works well it's two foot by four foot by five foot tall if you can't afford the 80 tent you can always just stick them in the closet you'll be all right uh the light i have a if you're a new beginner and you're only gonna grow in one tent i'm gonna recommend you get a two by four tent a four foot eight bulb t5 get yourself a little tower fan so you can blow through the canopy and then i've got like a little 25 vivosun exhaust fan that i just put at the top of this thing just so you get a little air circulation at the top you're set that's all you need for growing equipment you don't need ducting and expensive lights or expensive tents you don't have to do any of that stuff can you use it absolutely this is our budget bill don't let's not confuse it with me saying don't buy that stuff i'm just telling you if you're on a super tight budget you can get this entire setup that you're looking at right here for about 300 bucks all right and if you only got 300 bucks you can get this just grow it in the closet put the same stuff in a closet you're done you get even in even cheaper your most expensive thing is going to be the light these four foot t uh t5 8 bulbs they run about 180 220 bucks depending on the brand you get obviously just like nikes are more expensive than new balance.
I don't even know if that's true but you know what i'm saying brand names they cost more some cost more than other that's all i'm saying uh people ask me for recommendations on a t5 uh i grow with i think this is a sun blaster i don't know it's sun something suncoast i don't know it's something my big one that i have i have a 16 ball t5 it is a quantum or bad boy i highly recommend them they do pull more watts from the wall they have h0 bulbs they're fantastic you will i grow in these are fabric pots this is a five gallon there's also a one gallon down there on the floor let's talk about that's some of the equipment you're going to need you are also going to need a ppm pen and this will do ppm and ph you will need this for this stage you don't need it for seedling stage until they go in soil you will need a timer this one is from titan controls this will turn your lights on and off it's the manual version you can also do the electronic i try and keep it simple this thing's like 10 or 15 bucks they're not expensive this is a cumin watt reader you plug the timer into the front of it like this and then you plug this in into the wall and then you plug your light into right here so this will run your timer and then this back here will show you the watts that you're currently pulling you should always run them on a progressive start low 25 percent of total power by the time you get to the end of flower you should be at 100 the end of flower you should be at 100 not day one so let's recap veg it's about shaping the plant for your final flower size okay as soon as you get the 50 flower size time to flip the flower nutrients you're going to need if you're a new grower just get a one part nutrient i grow a three part gives me a little bit more control i can move my mixture around based on what i'm seeing with the plant but if you're new you don't need to worry about that kind of stuff but you can get like this is the general hydroponics three part i've got micro i got bloom you won't need too much of this during uh veg stage but you will use a little bit of it bloom and this is what you may gonna be using is the micro in the grow that's your npk then also get yourself a bottle of cal mag and then you're going to need some ph up and down these are my original bottles i bought this stuff lasts forever use it sparingly a couple drips goes a long long way last thing you want to do is put this ph up in it and you go too high then you put ph down in it and then it goes too low you're gonna have to just start over also you do not check your ph or your ppm until after you have added everything got it and uh as far as the microbes go the uh the mycorrhizae it's every two weeks from start to finish of the growth environmental conditions everybody everybody stresses out so much what should my relative humidity be what should my temperature be inside my tent guys if you're comfortable in the tent the plants are fine stop stressing out so much about this step is there times in the cannabis plant's life when relative humidity matter yes if you're in clone stage or when you're drying them out relative humidity matters okay the temp not that big of a deal you're comfortable in here the plants are comfortable relax stop stressing so much out about that part does it matter if it's extreme in there you got water running down the walls yeah that's bad but if you ain't got no mold growing or mildew building up your relative humidity is fine i've grown i've grown in 30 relative humidity i've grown in 75 80 relative humidity at the end of the day it all smoked and tasted the exact same it was just as good one way or the other all right and veg stage is when you're going to be doing all your topping if you don't know what topping is all you're going to do is find the top like that see the bud sites underneath of it right here and here you're going to pinch your one main top off leaving just the bottom two and now instead of one you'll have two.
I'm freaking at 10 again all right, all right let's focus all right that's good he is fantastic don't over complicate it this is our been our super budget setup we're going to go over a slightly more expensive one in flower and then I'll show you another more expensive one for our big tent but all right that's enough he is over on to the fun stage flower all right guys we've reached the fun stage everybody's favorite stage it's flour it's time to talk about flour also quick note I forgot to tell you the light schedule invade in her stage it's 18 hours on six hours off all throughout veg for photo periods when you're ready for it and flipping the flower you switch the lights from 18 6 to 12 hours on 12 hours off so you go from 18 6 to 12 12.
All right that's all there is to it to get them to flip the flower all right so whenever you've you you've done everything right you're in flower it's payday time you're gonna transplant them from their one gallon to a three gallon or a five gallon depends on how big the plan is depends on how big the flower room is you're going to transplant them and that means adding going from one gallon of soil we'll just do what we did with these we went to three gallons of soil as you can see in the pots down there you can see they got way bigger of a pot now remember these plants only had a two week veg because by the time after two weeks these four plants had filled up 50 of the room so we flipped them the flower we added the trellis net down here and we started bending the plants into the trellis net the first three weeks of flower are what's called the stretch that's when your plant is going to get all of its size and you're going to see all these little bud sites start stacking up and down the branch how close these bud sites are depend on whether you get a bunch of popcorn buds or you get a big cola as you can see here the buds aren't even starting to connect already the buds are all stacked right up and down the branch like they're supposed to be so we can get a nice cola instead of a bunch of silly popcorn buds these all as they get bigger they're going to start putting weight on and they'll all connect into one big cola all right so uh i promised that i'd go over tint setups this is going to be the slightly more expensive tint setup this tent setup as you can see this comes from mars hydro right there mars hydro this tent is two foot by four foot by six foot tall having a six foot two by four is fantastic on the other tent we had a little 25 vivosun uh exhaust vent on this one we have one from ac infiniti these are the quietest exhaust fans on the planet we have a carbon filter and we got some ducting that runs out the top of the tent uh this setup is a little bit more expensive whereas that fan cost me 25 bucks this controller unit it has a control unit that goes on out here you can control temperature when the fans turn up and down based on temperature or humidity it gives you a lot more control rather than just a plug-in on switch i think these are like 180 bucks for just that you get the carbon filter for like another 50 or 60 with the ducting it's like another 20 25 bucks something like that so you got a little bit of money just in the exhaust system on it the tent these mars hydros tents i think are like two bucks they're a little bit more expensive they're a lot nicer quality than the yield lab stuff will the field lab stuff get it done absolutely works great i've had it working perfectly for over a year this is just a little bit nicer materials a little bit thicker the zipper is nicer it's taller it's got a little bit more bracing in the roof uh the light this is the sp250 which i don't think they run this light anymore i think they do the sp 3000 now these lights are like three or four hundred dollars by themselves so slightly more expensive light it doesn't weigh anything it weighs like 10 pounds because the battery or the ballast pack on it is removable so you can sit the hot part outside so i think all together two three four five i don't know i got like six or seven hundred bucks in this tent set up so they can start you know the price can start to add up all i've got is a little fan just sits there blows through the canopy so that's the equipment for this flower room you don't have to buy this expensive stuff you could just as easily flower in that last tent that we were talking about some of the nutrients you're going to use also guys if you want more detailed information about flour I have a complete flowering series i'll post the link in the video description below in the complete flowering series i go through week one each one has its own its own video that's week one week two week three week four all the way through week eight they're all like 15 minutes apiece.
I can't put them all on this video so obviously that's going to have a lot more detailed information than we can put in this video where we're doing all eight weeks in one segment so if you want more detailed information check the link in the video description below watch to your hard skin tint that's probably an hour and a half just on flowering stuff i've even got flowering with leds or just week eight flowering through t5s i've got it all in there check it out lots of cool content check out the stacking on that guy that's going to be a cool looking cola this is the pineapple express let's go over to some of the nutrients you're going to need as you notice i don't have the grow bottle down there you will need it for the first two weeks of veg or for the first two weeks of flour because they still do want some nitrogen but that's that's it after the first two weeks is going to be done so i didn't even bring it over here so you're going to be using more of this you're using the same amount of this you still need your ph up and down you'll recognize our old friend here mr calmag and we've added a new friend this is botanicare sweet this is a mag sulfur at week four flower you're gonna switch from giving them cal mag every watering and you're gonna give them mag sulfur because they want more mag on the last last half of their life okay the last four the last four weeks of their life they want more mag that's a bulking agent it makes them put on weight if you want a detailed description of the nutrient schedules that we go with i got a video for it it'll be in the link below this is just a general overall guide.
Okay so for the first three weeks for the first two weeks of flower you're going to add the trellis net the first week and you're going to be constantly bending the tops over into the trellis net to fill up every single hole that's your goal and as you can see these leaves they're all praying whenever people say the leaves are praying they are reaching up towards the light like so it's the end of the day the light's getting ready to go off and they're still praying i'm probably going to turn the lights up a little bit they should be at least a little flat at the end of the day they're still praying they're they're probably wanting a little bit more light so let's talk about light schedules you already know seedling stage 24 hours veg stage 18 on six off flower stage 12 on 12 off now let's talk about power usage or intensity this is a question i get all the time i've gone over it several times run it on a progressive okay a progressive system with your lights as the plants get bigger you turn the light up a lot of people on day one of flower they go from fifty percent power to full power on day one don't do that okay you wanna if you do do that and they survive you don't stunt them that means by the time they get to week four flower if you've got them on 100 power in week one the plants will be bigger and you have no more light to give them so you're either going to blast them with too much which is what's going to happen and they'll stunt them and they'll never grow and they'll miniaturize the tops or you're gonna you won't stun them and by the time you get to week four you're gonna have to buy another light to give it more light because the plants bigger it if it was fine with 100 percent light back then and the plants bigger now now it's not enough light and you're starving them for light so run your lights on a progressive i do mine in things of four so if i'm growing with a thousand watt light i start them off at 25 power whenever they're in the first part of veg when we get to the end of edge i'm at fifty percent power when we get to week two of flower.
I'm at 75 percent power when i get which is 750 watts when I get to week six of flour that is when I'm at full power i turn my lights up to full that's 100 power or a thousand watts if you're running a 600 watt light divided by four that's what you increase by on those times now these are general guidelines if you've got a sick shitty plant turning the lights up ain't gonna do nothing but make it sicker and shittier these are general guidelines if you're not killing your plant all right now i usually try not to talk about over watering too much in my videos because i got a lot of videos talking about over watering because it is the biggest problem new growers have is over watering even some not new growers they have a problem with it you only water these plants when they get light you're going to water them and then not touch them until you reach down pick up the pot and it's light okay people send me pictures and videos all the time they got one stick coming up out of the dirt with one palm tree top on it and no branches if your plant is not branching it's because you are over watering it that's the only reason if you've got a stick with no branches coming out of it it is over watered end of story it's not anything else it's not in too small of a container it's not root bound it's not not enough light if it's not branching it is over water that is the only thing it will be okay that's the answer back off on the watering this stuff where you put your finger in the top edge of the soil to check if that's dry is junk i got a great video on when to water your cannabis plants i'll put a link of it in the description below all right we talked about the nutrients we talked about the equipment uh soil people ask me what kind of soil i like to grow with i got a great video on that prepping soil i'll put that link in the description below guys yeah you're gonna be like well you're just linking everything that's because if i talked about it at link that i talked about it in its individual videos this video would be eight hours long so i'm gonna leave you the link that way you can go listen to the stuff you want to listen to or you can just listen to this condensed version and then skip a bunch of stuff that you don't want to listen to see nice mixture for everyone all right as you get towards the end of flower you're going to notice these little white pistol hairs are going to start turning from white like this to orange and brown okay people will tell you when they turn orange that's when you need to cut them down this is incorrect there's one way and one way only to tell when it's time to cut these flowers down the little trichomes that are on the leaves focus focus see those little white dots and we're not going to focus obviously but there's going to be little dots little crystals that form on there they have three stages of color when they first come in they're clear whenever the thc is at its max potency they go from clear to cloudy.
As they turn from cloudy and start turning amber when you get about five to ten percent amber on the main buds strike it's time to cut them down that's that's how you tell don't over complicate it keep it simple you can get like a little jeweler's loop to check them out that's how i do it that's what is the correct method do the pistol here start to turn brown when they're getting older absolutely is that when you tell the turn how to turn them uh to take them down no okay just pay attention to the trichomes keep it simple I got a great video on harvesting i'll link that below i feel like a broken record but I'm trying to keep this video short and the flower section is already at 13 minutes all right guys that's gonna wrap it up for the flower section remember to check out the video links below if you have questions about certain things that i talked about i've got weeks one through eight of flower i go over each week individually tell you what you should be doing what you should be looking for what you should be adding which you should be taking away what you have your settings on way more in depth check those links out complete flowering series weeks one through eight in the video descriptions below alright guys flower series part [ __ ] what part we have part four done next part coming up harvest all right guys we're getting closer to the end we're in part five this is harvest video as you can see we're in our drying tent looks like something i've seen out of texas chainsaw massacre in here we got all the all the leaf debris down the bottom from stuff falling off we got our bodies hanging up at the top poor plants still smells good in here though all right so we're back into a time this is harvest where the relative humidity starts to matter again you don't want your relative humidity too high or too low in this section so the plants have been cut down flowering is done don't mess up this part you're just drying plants i got a great video on it and i'll leave the link in the description below it's uh i think it's called harvesting cannabis or yeah harvesting i shot that video over like 11 days i did the whole drying process different stages what you're looking for it's gonna be it's a very in-depth video all right so you've cut your plants down you're hanging them up a big thing whenever you're drying these is they need 24 hours of darkness just leave them in the dark let them just keep drying all by themselves you can hear the leaves are getting crispy okay so what you're going to do to know when it's done drying generally when you cut them down whole plant like this they take anywhere from 10 to 18 days to dry just depending on how big the plants are these ones were pretty big they're probably i don't know four and a half foot tall from top of the stem back there to top of the plant we're probably about four and a half foot tall so pretty big plants for indoor take about 14 to 15 days for a plant this size to dry if you leave the leaves on if you take all these all the big fan leaves off they will dry faster okay so relative humidity i like to keep my humidity around 55 for the drying process the entire time if you need to add a dehumidifier it's okay to have one in the tent now so about 55 relative humidity keep them in the dark i have one fan going down below just circulating air around the tent i've got one of these uh little fans up here on the backside running and i have the uh exhaust fan just pulling air slowly just so we have constant air circulation but nothing blasting directly on the plants because that will dry them out faster than you want you just want a little bit of air circulation in here nothing crazy keep it nice and dark i got the vents over here closed so it's just completely dark in here all day all night long just let them slowly dry out the harvest process it's not complicated the the way you tell whenever it's done is you just you know go to a branch grab it and if it whenever you bend it if the inside pops and the outside doesn't break you just grab it like this and as soon as it snaps on the inside and but if the outside breaks too then you let it dry too much as soon as it just cracks on the inside and the outside's still whole you're done drying you're done with this process there is nothing to this keep your relative humidity in the anywhere in the between 50 and 60 keep them in the dark you don't even need to check on them just for the first week i just leave this freaking thing zipped up i don't even come in here it's boring stage thank goodness we had a short section this video was going to get way too long i had 10 minutes 10 minute 10 minute 10 minute all right nothing to it if you want a long video where i go check it out on day one.
I check on day five you know like it goes over like a two week period where and then i clip them all together you can find that in the video description below it's really awesome video get to watch plants dry all right guys that's it for section 5 harvest next we're going to talk about curing this is going to be a short section too because there ain't nothing to it don't over complicate it growth tint on to section six curing coming up now all right guys we have reached the final stage curing once again don't over complicate this process here's the equipment we need glass canning jar boveda pack and you don't even need this for the first month you're going to after you get done trimming your cannabis after you've got done harvesting it you're gonna after you trim it you're going to throw it in these glass jars and close it up for the first week this you break this down into a month for the first week i will burp this jar which burping means come take the lid off of it leave the lid off i leave the lid off for 30 minutes two times a day once in the morning once in the evening i do that for the first week first seven days after that next week i burp the jar one time a day for 30 minutes for the next week week two week three i burp the jar once every three days for 30 minutes week four i burp the jar one time a week for 30 minutes and at the end of week four i throw a bavita pack in the jar with it congratulations you're done curing and then after you're done curing maybe let's say you've grown a ton you've been listening to the grow tent you've been growing fantastically like road tent i groan so much i don't know what to do well get yourself a freeze dryer and then you can start packing it up like that long-term storage you can start packing it all up that's like a little two ounce pack that bigger one's way more than two ounces but you can uh vacuum seal it if you got a bunch that you can't go through all at once get yourself a vacuum sealer vacuum sealer it up keeping this section short because curing is simple no need to over complicate it keep to that schedule it'll cure perfect every time now the second you're done harvesting it it is 100 ready to smoke but if you're patient slow down let it cure for a month just like i just showed you i promise you it'll pay off in the end it tastes 100 better but it is 100 ready to go when you get done but it will taste better if you're patient and you slow down guys i'm sorry this video went so long all right a lot information and uh as always if you want a more in-depth curing video i got one in the comments listed below make sure you check it out all right guys i appreciate all the time this was a lot of this is a long video and it was a ton of information i just kind of wanted to get something out there where it kind of encompassed the whole grow is there a ton more information of course there is i wouldn't make 20 and 30 minute videos on single subjects if there wasn't a ton of information but i just kind of want to give you guys a general start to finish guide on uh you know just get the basics in there what kind of what your equipment should look like, and what your setup should look like. Okay there are different ways to grow obviously, is this the only way to grow no of course not. Will this way work though yes is it the simplest yes it is will you have the most success if you listen to the grow tent obviously look at growton's plant granddaddy purple chilling out in here waiting for our new optics it's gonna be our optic grill right here come on granddaddy purple.
