1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Klaro Lernapp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and Lukas Meili, St. Gallen, Switzerland.
2. Description of Service
Klaro Lernapp provides digital mathematical learning content. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational purposes only.
3. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information during registration.
Teachers and parents are responsible for the supervision of the children using the app under their accounts.
Accounts may not be shared outside of the intended classroom or family environment.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Since payments are handled by Apple, refund requests must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with their refund policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Lukas Meili shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available 100% of the time.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, including mathematical exercises, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of Lukas Meili and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms shall be St. Gallen, Switzerland.
