3. Types of Data Collected
Student Profiles (Learning Data): We collect only the first name (no last name required), mathematical progress (scores, time spent on tasks, completed levels), and earned rewards (coins).
Teachers & Parents: We collect names, email addresses, and authentication data (Google, Apple, or Email/Password) to manage subscriptions and student groups.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Data is processed strictly for:
Providing the educational features of the app.
Allowing teachers/parents to monitor mathematical progress.
Managing account security and subscriptions.
Providing technical support.
5. Data Storage and Security
Our data is hosted on Google Firebase servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (Region: europe-west3). Germany is recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as a country providing adequate data protection. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
6. No Advertising and No Third-Party Tracking
Klaro Lernapp does not include any third-party advertising, nor do we use tracking or analytics tools (like Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics) that monitor your behavior across other apps or websites. We do not sell user data to third parties.
7. Your Legal Rights
Under applicable laws, you have the right to:
Request access to your stored personal data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request the permanent deletion of your data.
Object to data processing or request data portability.

8. Account Deletion and Retention
Data is kept only as long as an account is active. Users can delete student profiles or their entire account at any time. Once deleted, all data is permanently removed from our active databases.
