I was invited to join the Project SHORT podcast (Project SHORT) to discuss my PhD journey and experiences as an international graduate student.

The episode was hosted by the inspiring Ananya Dash, Executive Director of Project SHORT and a fellow PhD student at Emory University. Ananya and I connected at ComSciCon-ATL last year, where we served on the Organizing Committee and discovered our shared passion for science communication.
Project SHORT was created to combat socioeconomic and systemic inequalities in medical and graduate school admissions. By offering free mentorship, they aim to make these processes more accessible and equitable for everyone.
