Take the scenic route to inspiration! The annual Joint Spring Conference (JSC) provides a unique space for professional development and networking against the backdrop of Kentucky’s beautiful state parks. 

The conference offers a relaxing and communal atmosphere for sharing ideas and learning about the latest projects, programs, and innovations in academic and special libraries across the region. Participants have regular opportunities for both formal and informal interaction during breakout sessions, meals, and social activities, including a welcome reception and game night. 

The conference also features vendor tables, poster presentations, and nationally recognized experts as keynote speakers. LIS students are welcome to attend and present, and the friendly atmosphere and overall affordability make the conference a particularly good option for graduate students and early-career librarians.
