📃 Membership Form

When you join as a member have to submit the one-off Membership Form before your first participation in an event.
If you are an existing member, but did not join for any event after 01/06/2017, you also have to submit the Membership Form.

❓ Why a Membership Form...?

Meetup HQ in New York is not providing us with any of your personal details except your Meetup profile name.
IC or passport number are required for most permit applications.
Some medical details and emergency contact information are requested as we want to be prepared for worst case scenarios.

📤 One submission

We store your data in an encrypted database.
It won't be necessary to submit the same form again for other events.
If your personal data has changed, like mobile number, e-mail address, emergency contact, medical details, etc. submit the Update Form.

🆔 Hiker ID/Name

Your Hiker ID, also called your hiker name, is the name with which you are registered in Meetup.

The easiest way to find out your Hiker ID is as follows:

🌐 Member URL

Your member URL is extremely important since it is your unique identifier.

Be sure you are logged into Meetup
Click on your profile picture/avatar in the top right corner
Click on 'Profile'
You will see your URL at the top of the page in the following format https://www.meetup.com/members/22625701/

At the moment it is impossible to find your URL in the Meetup App. Do the following to help us out if you don't have access to a computer.
