Facilities

• There are no restrooms in the vicinity.
  
  

Food & Drinks

• Bring enough drinks and snacks, especially carbohydrates.

• For this trip, isotonic drinks are not a luxury. You will need at least 1.5 litres of fluids.
  
  

Shoes & Clothing

• We might have to cross a stream where taking off your shoes is necessary.

• If it has rained, some sections may be muddy and quite a few stretches may be soggy.

• Wear shoes with a good tread to prevent slipping.

• No slippers, Crocs, or shoes/sandals without a proper strap.

• Some sections have no tree canopy, so protect yourself against the elements.

• There are rope sections; bring gloves.

Route & Navigation

• The hike is same way in, same way out.

• Be prepared for quite a lot of uphill and downhill hiking.

• The total distance will be more than 6 km.

• This is a guided hike but you will receive a GPX file at the trailhead.

Meeting Time

• Please be at the meet-up place at least 15 minutes before the announced time.

Responsibility & Environment

• Please be responsible and do not litter. Do not leave any rubbish along the track.

• The hike will take place unless, for any reason, your safety cannot be guaranteed.

• Due to the 1:7 ratio of MGP guides, we can only confirm your participation once we have a block of seven hikers who have signed up. 

• In case we don't have a full block of 7 participants after reaching 7 or 14 participants, the paid fee will be refunded. 

• Cancellation policy: non-refundable but transferable until 22/09/2026 - no exceptions...!

We charge RM20.00/person for the following:

• • Participating in an event without submitting the Membership Form.

  • Participating in an event without being listed as an Attendee.

  • Not respecting the mandatory cut-off time.

  • Not scanning the QR code and registering online before the event starts.

  • Not scanning the QR code and checking out online after the event.

  • Being flagged as a No Show for three events.
