Research Aim:
Glioblastoma (GB) is one of the most lethal cancers with poor prognosis across the globe. Genetic alterations in GB patients exhibit distinct phenotypes that can be visualized non-invasively through medical imaging. In this regard, radiogenomics play an important role in exploring the link between genomic and imaging features for the non-invasive assessment of tumor. My study aim to find the prognostic biomarkers using GB patients’ MRI data for early diagnosis. I will be working on radiology data and establish a relation of radiomic features with genomics data (mutation/CNV) that will be used for biomarker identification. Outcome from this study will aid in the radiogenomics characterization of the GB tumors and early diagnosis of GB for better disease management and palliative care.
