Computational Genomics and Transcriptomics Laboratory 

Our lab is situated in the Department of Biotechnology, IIT Hyderabad and we focus on deciphering the role of non-coding genome in the cancer progression. We would like to explore the non-coding genome of various cancer types with the lens of computational genomics and transcriptomics techniques to get higher resolution and its better understanding.

Ambuj Kumar and Keerthana V Kumar got research excellence award in 15th foundation day of IIT Hyderabad.
