I am Kristine Joy Mendoza; however, the majority of people call me Tine. I am 20 years old and reside in Bulacan at present. My friends frequently describe me as a laid-back student who is inventive in all activities. I have always ensured that my activities are aesthetically pleasing and contain reliable and accurate information. My friend informed me that I am an extremely reliable and trustworthy friend. I made time to assist my classmates and friends in completing their assignments because I desire their success. Although I enjoy studying, I have ensured that I have sufficient time for myself, my family, and my friends. Because I despise competition, I ensure that I am not subjected to undue pressure during my studies.
One of my preceding strengths was public speaking, and I can speak to a crowd without interludes. However, as a result of certain circumstances, such as being home alone during the pandemic, my public speaking skills change. I fear speaking in online classes because I cannot observe the responses of my audience. Nevertheless, I am a good communicator and am adept at establishing rapport with others in the new normal situation. In addition, I have empathy for my friend's situation. I can also quickly adjust to new circumstances. I am also adaptable and able to perform unfamiliar tasks. I am also adept at collaborating with others and working in a team, particularly when my teammates are communicative and receptive to suggestions and amendments.
It should not come as a surprise that no children are alike, which is the central tenet of my philosophy as a teacher. An excellent educator has a deep familiarity with the learning and development stages of their students. My role as a teacher requires me to be an accurate diagnostician of my students' passions, strengths, and background knowledge. My next task is to plan lessons that will stretch each student's mind and help them grow. Given that I might be able to work with children with special needs, their education was also included in my philosophy. Special and Inclusive Education plays a vital role in my life because it serves as an eye opener for me during the discussions. This reality does nothing more than strengthen the case that all children, regardless of the extent to which they are classified as "special," need the same high-quality education.
