Mrs. Evangeline S. Borillo, a 49-year-old woman, was born on June 25, 1974 in Manila. She completed her primary education at Bacood Elementary School and her secondary education at Elpidio Quirino High School. She earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Jose Rizal Academy.

She currently holds the job of Teacher II at Bacood Elementary School. She has been teaching at the same grade level for nearly a decade, which is equivalent to 10 years. She is currently teaching kindergarten students. For the academic year 2023-2024, she was entrusted with teaching Kinder Dilaw A and B, which had a total of 44 students (21 males and 23 females) for the morning session.
