Through the Office Application trainings, I learned new skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel that helped me understand each program on a deeper level.
Word
I already knew how to use Word, but the training taught me many small details I never paid attention to before. I learned how to create a bibliography and citations the correct way, which makes my writing look more professional. I also learned how to organize documents better using tools like styles, headers, and formatting options.
PowerPoint
I used PowerPoint before, but I didn’t know all the features that make a presentation look cleaner and more engaging. I learned different ways to improve my slides, such as using design themes, adding smooth transitions, and keeping layouts simple so the audience can focus on the main points.
Excel
Excel was the program I knew the least about. Now I understand how to use it for basic tasks, especially for financial needs. I learned how to enter data, use simple formulas, and organize information in a way that helps me track expenses or plan budgets.
