Postdoctoral Assistant Professor
I am a Postdoctoral Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Michigan, working with Zaher Hani. I received my Ph.D. from Jeonbuk National University in August 2021 under the supervision of Yonggeun Cho.
My research focuses on nonlinear dispersive PDEs, with a particular emphasis on wave turbulence and the rigorous derivation of wave kinetic equations. I aslo study well-posedness, scattering, and long-time dynamics of solutions to nonlinear dispersive equations.
I received my Ph.D. from Jeonbuk National University in August 2021 under the supervision of Yonggeun Cho. Before joining the University of Michigan, I held postdoctoral positions at Ewha Womans University, working with Chulkwang Kwak, and at KAIST, working with Soonsik Kwon.
