eTwinning Project
This project is based on the idea that partners will introduce a fairy tale from their own culture which they've chosen and make a radio theater out of their own dramatization of that fairy tale. Within this project, partners are going to tell a tale from their culture by preparing a video. by this way, partners will get to know each other's culture. These fairy tails are going to be a common product by collecting them in a booklet. Also fairy tales stamp album will be created. One of these fairy tails is going to be selected by the students by voting and the selected tale is going to be dramatized and this text is going to be created as a scenario book by means of the partners’ teamwork again, turning it into a common product. This created text is going to be turned into a radio theater again by teamwork.
GOALS
The aim of the project is;
1- To provide our students to understand the tale's type, introduce a tale from their own culture
2- To exchange cultural values of each other's countries
3- To develop communicative, artistic reading and writing skills
4- To do challenging activities in team work
5- To be motivated
6- To develop ICT skills, using web2 tools and other technological and put into practice
7- To visit participating countries
WORK PROCESS
This project is going to carry on between the dates of October(2019) and May (2020). Project teacher partners will be communicated through chatting, e-mail, messenger, WhatsApp and such kind of applications and the plan of the project will be opened to participation. Teachers will be given responsibility of cooperation and by this way the students will be provided to be in touch since they introduced themselves. In this step, they will be provided to get closer with each other. Getting in touch wıth each other through twinspace chatting room, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and such tools wıll be gıven hıgh ımportance.
In this project, students;
1-will be able to create a stamp album with fairy tales
2- will be able to create a booklet with fairy tales which they will share
3-will be able to write a drama of choosen traditional tale and and they will create a scenario book using this drama
4-will be able to create radio theatre using drama version.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Through this project;
1-Students will have a vast opportunity to communicate with foreign students
2-They will create a stamp album with fairy tales
3-Students will create a booklet with fairy tales chosen from their own culture.
4-Students will write a drama of thıs traditional tale and create a scenario book by using this drama
5-Students will create radio theatre using drama version in scenario book.
6-They will develop ICT skills using web2 tools and other technological means and put them into practice
7- They will develop communicative, reading, speaking, writing skills in English.
8-Page of Twinspace will be opened to public.
9-The project will be shared vıa blog page.
